“Meditative Paintings”
Meditative Art is an intuitive body of work created from a state of presence and inner stillness. Each painting begins without intention or predetermined form, allowing the process to unfold organically. The background emerges as a visual meditation—free of error, expectation, or representation—rooted in surrender and flow, much like the calm of an ocean.
Colors, symbols, and lettering are added intuitively, responding to the moment rather than to reason. The intricate forms within the compositions represent waves that momentarily disturb stillness, reflecting how attention to life’s details and fluctuations can obscure the greater sense of peace beneath them.
